Annual Golf Event

Close House is home of the world’s only two Lee Westwood golf courses. After registration and breakfast, guests of Bentley Newcastle played on the Filly Course which is an 18 USGA specification green, 6034yds in length and a par 70 from the medal tee.

Guests also participated in various competitions throughout the day – including a putting competition, beat the pro, nearest the pin and longest drive. One lucky golfer, Ian Watson, scored not only his first ever hole in one to win a set of PING golf clubs, but also won the beat the pro, longest drive and nearest the pin competition.

The overall winner on the day was Dave Armstrong with 40points, back 9 of 21 followed by Franco Graziani in second place and Mick Jopling in third.

The event was also the first opportunity for the New Continental GT to be displayed at the 2017 British Masters venue, alongside the flagship Bentley Mulsanne, Bentayga and the  Continental GT Convertible.
